If you get an error message, you may be able to fix it yourself. Most commonly logging out, clearing your web browser's cache & cookies, and logging back in will resolve issues. On our mobile and TV connected device apps, this also is a common solution. In some cases it may also help to uninstall and reinstall the app (remember to log in again).

- What is the make and model of your device(s) with the error? Have you tried a second device?
- If it is an app, the app version and device's OS version? Or if it is a computer, what is the OS and what browser are you using?
- What were you doing or trying to watch when the error happened? Is it just that one video or show, or does it happen on different shows?
- What is the exact message (a screenshot is even more helpful)?
- If you already tried to fix it, what have you already tried and did anything change?
