If you see "There is no user with this token, details: Username and password doesn't match. Try again." then you should double check the email address entered to make sure it is the one associated with your MotorTrend account. If it is, then it means that your password did not match what we have for your account.
Forgot your password? It can happen to us all. If you have forgotten you password, click here to reset it, or click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the web site Log In screen (you do not need to enter your old password to reset your password). If you do not receive an email right away, please be sure to check your SPAM folder.
The email we send will contain a link to confirm your request to reset your password. If the link is not clickable, then please copy the entire line (starting with "https://" and including the characters after the "code=") into a new browser window.
When you do change your password, make sure to update any saved passwords in your web browsers and the password on any apps.
