This error may appear if your Internet connection slows down or times out.
If you receive this error:
- Clear your browser cache, then try playing the video again. If that does not solve the problem,
- “Delete all sites" from your Flash cache under the Website Storage Settings panel. If that does not solve the problem,
- Turn off your computer, modem, and router for a full 60 seconds.
- If that does not solve the problem, try playing the video on another browser, like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
