Please log in, click on your profile icon/display name in the upper right, and select Account (from the drop-down in the upper right) to manage your account profile. On this page, you can update your email address, change your password, review & update payment information (for direct billed accounts only), and your email preferences.
If you can't sign in because you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the website Sign In screen (you do not need to enter your old password to reset your password). If you do not receive an email right away, please be sure to check your SPAM folder or search for an email from email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The email we send will contain a link to confirm your request to reset your password. If the link is not clickable, then please copy the entire line (starting with "https://" and including the characters after the "code=") into a new browser window.
Follow the on-screen prompts to change your password. As a part of checking to make sure your password is at least 8 characters long with at least one UPPERCASE letter, one lower case letter, and one digit, it will be checked to make sure it is secure and is not a common password. When you do change your password, make sure to update any saved passwords in your web browsers and the password on any apps.
