Please log in, click on your display name in the upper right, and select Account (from the drop-down in the upper right) to manage your account profile. On this page you can update your email address, change your password, review & update payment information (for direct billed accounts only), and your email preferences.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the web site Sign In screen (you do not need to enter your old password to reset your password). If you do not receive an email right away, please be sure to check your SPAM folder.
The email we send will contain a link to confirm your request to reset your password. If the link is not clickable, then please copy the entire line (starting with "https://" and including the characters after the "code=") into a new browser window.
When you do change your password, make sure to update any saved passwords in your web browsers and the password on any apps.
