In some cases, we can get out of sync with Google regarding your subscription. In most cases you can fix it by:
- Log out of the Motor Trend website
- On the Android device you subscribed on originally, log out of the app
- Go to Settings --> Apps --> select the Motor Trend app
- Press the "FORCE STOP" button
- Go to storage and press the "CLEAR DATA" button to clear the app's data on your Android device
- Go back one screen and now Uninstall the Motor Trend app
- Reinstall the Motor Trend app
- Go to the "Sign Up" option to start the subscription flow. You do not need to repurchase the app, but this is where you can restore your previous purchase.
It may take a few minutes for the computers to talk and get in sync, but that usually fixes it. If it does not, then please send us an email or submit a ticket and we will help to resolve the issue.
