We continue to roll out updates to our iOS mobile app's navigation, and we want to give you a map for navigating our app. Our Android mobile app now includes Free FAST TV available on the home Watch tab in the upper right.
The Watch tab in the app features episodes ready for you to play at the top of the screen, and upcoming live events. Below that you can scroll sideways through popular shows. Scrolling vertically will take you to New Episodes, Live Events, Continue Watching, and other curated content.
Our upgraded Stories tab has been updated to include magazine issues from our vault. You can read them in a print magazine layout or switch over to a "text" view that has the images as well, and the font size can be adjusted to your personal preference.
Also in Stories are our latest editorial articles from our website. The Buyer's Guide with Car Compare also is in the app. You can shop for your next ride, check out specifications with our expert reviews, and compare models side by side.
Discover is the next screen and the screen includes search as well. Quick filters can be applied to the shows, including Live to get to live events and Motorsports quickly. Originals will narrow it down to MotorTrend original productions. The search function includes auto-complete to help speed your search. The search results will have a sideways scrolling list of shows, with episode results scrolling vertically below that.
My Stuff house your list of favorite shows and episodes. When you first go there it will be empty but you can quickly discover and save shows for the next time in the app. Make sure to check out the show cards to see which of your favorites has a recent episode.
Once you have an episode playing, you can go full screen by rotating your phone to be horizontal. Or you can send it to an Apple TV device or cast it to compatible smart TVs (including Samsung, LG, and Vizio). Tap on the casting icon and then follow the onscreen prompts to connect to a device or other compatible casting receiver.
The Profile screen has been updated for faster access to information. This includes your Account Information (your login information, change password, and subscription information) General settings (push notes & dark/light theme).
Alerts (programming information) will indicate if you have a new message to view, and if you tap on a message you can start streaming by tapping, or you can delete it through the three-dot menu on the right.
Support Center (in-app messaging with firstname.lastname@example.org and a link to this help center), there will be an indicator when the team has replied to you in the app. To make it easier for you, we also try to also email the replies to your subscription email address.
